About the Role: Lead a room of approx. 20 children, supported by 4 dedicated educators. Provide engaging, high-quality care and education, ensuring each child’s potential is maximised. Work within a slightly more structured curriculum framework influenced by psychologist Robyn Taylor. Build strong relationships with families, children, and your team. What We’re Looking For: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Room Leader. Confident and positive leadership style – strong yet kind, with a respectful and diplomatic approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; a true “people person.” Strong documentation skills, including observations and written records.
